Everyone! I’ve been in Cambodia over a month! More reflections on that to come.

But for now, I want to share a post I wrote for the awesome social-impact-career-search site Idealist.org. After three layoffs in four years, I’ve become an expert at embracing transition between jobs. I wrote the post to remind myself what I’ve learned in each of these times.
